Individual Therapy
Individual counselling offers a space to slow down, reflect, and develop a deeper understanding of your experiences.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and capable individuals who have spent a long time holding things together for others. Therapy can be a place to explore trauma, burnout, identity questions, masking, or the complexity of navigating life as a neurodivergent person in environments that may not always recognise difference.
Sessions are collaborative and reflective, with the aim of helping you understand yourself more clearly and find ways of living that feel more aligned with who you are.
Parent Support
Parenting can be deeply meaningful, but it can also be complex and exhausting — particularly when raising neurodivergent children in systems that may not always understand their needs.
Parenting support sessions provide a space to reflect on your experiences as a parent, explore strategies that support your child’s wellbeing, and think together about how family life can feel more sustainable.
This work is grounded in a neurodivergent-affirming approach and focuses on understanding children’s needs rather than trying to reshape them to fit narrow expectations.
Clinical Supervision and Professional Mentoring
I offer reflective supervision for practitioners who are interested in thoughtful, neurodivergent-affirming clinical practice.
Supervision provides space to think together about your work, reflect on clinical challenges, and explore ways to support both your clients and your own sustainability as a practitioner.
This may be particularly helpful for practitioners who are early in their careers or who are interested in deepening their understanding of trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming approaches.
